I went to the Zoo today for the 3rd time in my life. They had 2 giraffes there and the smaller giraffe kept sticking out it's tongue. It was gross and funny at the same time, so I had to take a picture. Is this normal giraffe behavior??

I think it is normal giraffe behavior as I've seen it before several times. I found you through SPT and started reading you.

Whether it is normal or not...it was funny. I had never seen a giraffe up close before, so I was really shocked by their tongues. Super long & black & they curled up like a fruit roll-up when you put food on them. It was quite an experience for me. Thanks for stoppng by! Happy Holidays!!!
